We have a gremlin! There have been two instances now where we manually move a row, smartsheet appears to be moving it, then it ends up back on the original smartsheet. The activity tracker shows the attempts on both smartsheets. Any idea why?
Hi Paula,
Do you have another Workflow on the other sheet that also moves rows?
If you haven’t already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team. Smartsheet Support Team
I hope that helps!

I'm not sure how it took me a couple of days to hit me, but well, I need to cut back on my work hours!!
The DUH! moments is a learning experience!

Scenario: a user puts in a request on the form with a check box indicating they will later upload the required file attachment. Automation sends a request for Approval with…
I have a task that started in Sept and ends in Feb. I need to assign it to someone else, but do not want to lose the history of the first employee. How do I do this?
Starting a couple of days ago, I started getting 2 or more emails a day about my account being activated. I have a monthly subscription but have never received this type of email from Smartsheet. The email looks legitimate - the sender is "reply_to@Smartsheet .com" - except for maybe the greeting, which is "Dear Customer".…
