Need data to appear in two sheets, reflect one sheet

Greetings Folks,

is there a formula that will allow me to reflect the data in one cell from a different sheet into another sheet?

Basically, there is a team that uses smartsheet and they have sheets all over the place. I need one sheet with specific data in it and want to just pull the data out of their sheets into this sheet.

So when they add or update things I see it.

I agree with Dan, cell-linking or cross-sheet formulas sound like the best alternatives.
