I could have sworn this was working before. My dates are not rolling up to the top level summary row. See image below. Also predecessors are not calculating so my dates are not moving based on its predecessor.
It looks like you have disabled dependencies for your sheet. Try enabling them by clicking the gear icon while your gantt chart is open.
