Elapsed Time Not Being Calculated!

Hi 

Can you all please view the attached file. 

The problem is self-explanatory: whether the duration is normal (the 1st row), or it is written with the letter "e" (for elapsed time), the Finish date remains the same! 

I have checked and my sheet has Sundays defined as holidays.  

Please help!
