Linked Google form not working

I have a google form linked to Smartsheet. It has worked for many months and now all of a sudden it stopped. Has anyone seen this error and know how to fix it? I've not made any changes to the form or the smartsheet.

Hello Roberta—you might check to see if the sheet has reached its 5000 row limitation, and if so, move rows off to another sheet with the move row feature described in our Help Center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/504748-moving-rows-columns-cells#moverownewsheet

If the sheet hasn't reached its 5000 row limit, I'd recommend emailing Support@Smartsheet.com to see if they can troubleshoot further.

Thanks for the suggestion. Its not even close to 5000 rows. I've emailed Support and am waiting on a response.
