Proofing Full Screen

When you initially send out a proof in Smartsheet you get a button to "Review Proof" which sends you to a full screen mode to review the image.

However, whenever you got back to review that proof for that row it only opens it up within the sheet, in a much smaller window. Does anyone know if there is a way to go back to that full screen mode after the initial Review Proof notification has been sent out?

Once comments have been made on a proof I know my graphics team would find it easier to enter that full screen mode again to review and make changes to artwork based off the comments that have been left.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible at the moment to open the fullscreen view, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

Hi Jeremy,

I'm the product manager for proofing, and this is something we are working on! Right now you can make the in-sheet view larger by pulling it our from the right rail, but we will have a way for you to go to the full screen view from the sheet.

In our Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign integrations (which are included in your licenses), your graphics team can upload files to proofing, request feedback, and access the full screen review page directly in Adobe. Would you be interested in using that on your team? That will be an easy way for your graphics team to access the full screen review page.

Thanks, Brian. That's great to hear that functionality will be coming. And you actually set me up with the Adobe integration yesterday so I will test that out.
