Export into Excel and PDF not capturing all of the data

Hi, this is my first time posting. Hopefully this is not a duplicate of another posting.

I just ran into a problem this morning with "What you see is what you get" is not consistent in exporting a document. I have a roll-up document of various sheets and I go in everyday and export a report. Today content is going missing.

I have attached evidence as to the missing data.

Please advise. Thanks!

I have a Pro plan but I cannot create ANY reports. The system does not allow me to choose a folder, and consequently a sheet to create a row report and suggests an upgrade to Business or Enterprise.
