Is there a way to "publish" a resource view similar to the way Smartsheet allows us to publish a sheet or a report? Basically I want to get a URL and allow outside users to directly link to my resource views.

I am trying to create a Purchase Order in smartsheet. I looked at the community and an old thread said there was a purchase request template, but i guess it is gone because I do not have it? Is there a good way to create purchase orders within smartsheet?
