Copy e-mail update request to new sheet
Hello everyone,
I got a question, we use smartsheet with our builder. To give a order for a new work we make a new line and send by smartsheet an e-mail to our builder an update request. For every year we make a new sheet. Something not every order can be finished in the year we give the order, so we copy the row to the new sheet. Everything copies except the update request (mails), can anybody tell me how to copy also the update request (mails) to the new sheet?

Do you mean the history or the Automation?
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)
