I cant see the paperclip icon in several rows that had it. is any way to recover those files?

I'am using Chrome and iExplorer and Mozilla. The paperclip icon is missing y all of them

I Think is not a problem with internet navigator program. So, something happened and now attached files are missing. Is any way to recover those files?

and know why this happened?
