Automated Update Request - Loses custom email with multiples
I need to automate update requests and I am using the custom email to give instructions and they are completly lost when there is more than 1 task to update.

Not sure I follow! Do you mean that they get lost that they need to select next to update each row?
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

I created an automated workflow that runs every Monday and sends the assignee his/her past due tasks. If there is only 1 task I get my custom email, as written in my workflow
This is the update request email with instructions for 1 task: (ignore {assignee}})
If there is more than 1 task, the body of the email is NOT THERE>

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment to have your vote added
As a possible workaround, you could include the message in a so-called helper column. Would that work/help?

Added colulmns are a poor work around, especially in this case. I will add the request, as I see it as a bug and not a feature add. thank you
