Displaying Multiple Critical Paths and showing Critical Paths in Parallel

Good morning all,

I have recently come across to Smartsheet having previously been used to working with Microsoft Project. I have just completed a relatively complicated programme and have just noticed that it only displays one critical path, but won't show two critical paths in parallel. I know it is not a sequencing issue, because if I reduce one path duration by a day, then the other path becomes critical and vice versa. But if I show both paths with the same amount of time, then the programme only selects one path.

Is there a way around this?

I notice a comment from a previous post (copied in below) a couple of years ago saying this should not happen?

Hello,

Smartsheet currently doesn't support multiple critical paths, but this would be a great opportunity to submit a Product Enhancement Request.

Robin's comment about parallel paths means that if two paths are parallel and equal (same start and finish dates) both paths should be highlighted in the critical path. I've included the screen capture below to help me illustrate this:
