How do I automatically Cell Link or Column Link information as it is entered into a form?

I want to process the form entries in a another sheet as they are entered. Is there a way to do this?

Hi Omar,

You can't automatically cell-link the information but we can use cross-sheet formulas.

Would that work?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

I have a form setup for doing a safety assessment and the user can put in up to 5 observations with their descriptions, type, response, and other information. The problem is that all of the observations and their corresponding information come in different columns but in the same row. I want to automatically send the information to another spreadsheet where each row is an observation but I don't know how to do that.

Would it work if the rows were copied or moved to the other sheets?
