Attachment Not Found Error

Can anyone help us fix this error in opening attachments through google drive?

 

Note that only files uploaded directly to smartsheet from computer experience this kind of error. Attachments from google drive still works.

John, I would send this directly to support@smartsheet.com for some phorensic anaylsis? 

It could be a browser issue but it could be some settings have been changed that you did not wish for? 

All our attachments are working fine so may be a local issue?  

Keep us informed of the outcome?

Just to explain, my colleagues and I are  Smartsheet consultants and partners but a separate company to Smartsheet, we have no better access to the backend support than you do directly. If you email support@smartsheet.com  they are very good at responding and resolving issues.
