using a pull down option from a different sheet
I am looking to use one sheet (risks and issues) which I have created to track my small project risks and issues. I want all of them to be in one sheet as the projects are small and do not require a full risk and issue log on their own. I have another sheet with all of the projects listed in them, i would like to reference the name (title) of the project which the subsequent risk or issue is being logged against - is this possible as a pull down list linked to the project sheet in the risk and issue log?

Are you able to provide some screenshots that we can reference? Sensitive/Confidential data can be blocked, removed, or replaced with "dummy data" as needed.

Hi Tara,
Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to have a dropdown list updated automatically, but it's an excellent idea!

There might be some possibilities for workarounds, so I agree with Paul.
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)
I hope that helps!
Have a fantastic day & Happy New Year!

I have attached the risk master - in the first column I want to be able to select from another sheet which I have (the small projects list capture) so that the risk is associated with the project by selecting it.

Have you looked into cell linking?
I'm still not sure I follow exactly what you are trying to accomplish. So far what I have gathered is that you want to open the Master Sheet. From there you want to access the Small List Sheet to be able to select a cell within the Title column. It is after that where I start to get a little lost.
Now that we know what we have to work with, can you provide similar screenshots of manually entered data that reflects what you want the outcome to be?
