I update a cell (with tabs), save and refresh.
After that, for each line in one cell appear at the beginning and end : <font style="vertical-align: inherit;"><font style="vertical-align: inherit;">.
Thats only occur in two users.
Thanks in advance

Hi Natalia,
Is this in Smartsheet?
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)
I hope that helps!
Have a fantastic day & Happy New Year!

Thanks! I am going to describe the process:
- 10 users have acces to edit a grid, but only two have the problem
- They edit a cell typing their comments with tabs (Alt + ENTER)
- Save
- Refresh the page
- All participants on the sheet can see codes similar to html
Thanks in advanced

I too have same issue mentioned. When I update cells in Smartsheet, it displays HTML tags. It has never happened before.
Is there any fix ? Please let me know.
Thanks

I have the same issue. Fixed with a workaround: type what i want into the cell, then select all, cut, click off the cell, then go back into it and paste, then hit enter.
Stupid and convoluted, but it then saves without the html tags.

A colleague of mine has the same issue. Any fix available yet?

Solution:
Guys I also found this issue. It looks like Chrome was somehow convinced that the page needed translation, and added the
<font style="vertical-align: inherit;">
on its own. Its solution is very simple. You just choose "Never translate this site" option from Google Translate pop-up on that problematic page. You can check screenshot as well for help.
