Help with adding figures in different columns and row
I'm trying to add Q1 totals with the rest of the quarters of 2019. Here is the formula I'm using, but it isn't working.
=[Q1 2019 NBR OF LOCATIONS]22 + [Q2 2019 NBR OF LOCATIONS]44 + [Q3 2019 NBR OF LOCATIONS]81 + [Q4 2019 NBR OF LOCATIONS]112
Am I missing something? Thanks for your help!!!

Double check that there aren't any typos or extra/missing spaces in the column names.
When I have longer column names being referenced in a formula, I generally try to click on a cell in that column then just change the row number as needed. That way I know the column names are an exact match.

What is the name of your column?

There are 4 columns [Q1 2019 NBR OF LOCATIONS], [Q2 2019 NBR OF LOCATIONS], Q3 2019 NBR OF LOCATIONS] and [Q4 2019 NBR OF LOCATIONS]
Q1 2019 totals are on row 22
Q2 2019 totals are on row 44
Q3 2019 totals are on row 81
Q4 2019 totals are on row 112.
I've extended 2019 TOTALS columns and am trying to enter the 2019 TOTALS on the same row as the Q4 2019 totals, just further down.

Sorry, but I am struggling to visualize your layout.
Are you able to provide a screenshot with sensitive/confidential data removed, blocked, or replaced with "dummy data" as needed?
Additionally... Are you able to expand on what you mean when you say it isn't working? Are you getting an error, incorrect results, unexpected results, other...?

=[Q1 2019 NBR OF LOCATIONS]22 + [Q2 2019 NBR OF LOCATIONS]44 + [Q3 2019 NBR OF LOCATIONS]81 + [Q4 2019 NBR OF LOCATIONS]112
(This formula above gives me UNPARSEABLE)
=[Q1 2019 NATIONAL INSTRUCTORS ON THE FIELD]22 + [Q2 2019 NATIONAL INSTRUCTORS ON THE FIELD]44 + [Q3 2019 NATIONAL INSTRUCTORS ON THE FIELD]81 + [Q4 2019 NATIONAL INSTRUCTORS ON THE FIELD]112
(This formula gives me the needed sum. I can't see what's different?)

Paul Newcome - thank you! I thought I had added "2019" to one of the Column Titles, but when I did what you said, I noticed that the year was missing. Have a great day and HAPPY NEW YEAR!
