Multiple actions for an automated workflow
On our training matrix I am trying to send automated update requests to departmental managers when training is required for people in their department. There is a limit of 150 workflow automations per sheet so I can not do individual workflows for each manager for each type of training. (60 types of training x 5 departmental managers)
I tried adding conditions and actions as the screenshot below but I only get an update request for the first condition if it is met.
Any Idea?

You can create a contact column in your training sheet, then create a separate sheet with the people and criteria you have chosen. Use a cross-sheet index(match()) to post the correct contact into the newly created contact column, then instead of sending to individuals, send to the contact in the column in a single basic workflow.

Thanks, Adding an extra column to the sheet with the contact information in for the person responsible for carrying out the training for each employee and then sending the update request to the contact in the 'Trainer' column worked. Colin
