Is there a way to link or create an attachment to another sheet on a sheet?

Confusing question I know...

I have a sheet with all a list of all open projects. The first column is the client name the second column is what the project lintels and the third is who is assigned to the project. I used this sheet as an overview of everything we have going on at the moment.

I keep separate sheets with the actual project details and steps and I would like to add a link to these in this document so I can easily access them when looking at the overall project sheet.

Yes. If you right click on a cell and select the Hyperlink options, you can either enter the URL there or use the option to "Link to other Smartsheet:".
