tick check boxes in a column at once

This is embarrassing because I used this method a lot just 3 months ago after finding the tip right here in the community. I remember the method anymore. Been trying and searching for 2 hours. I want to tick all checkboxes in a column at once. Please help.

Tick the first checkbox. Cntl-C to copy, Cntl-Shift-Down Arrow to extend selection to the last row in the sheet, Cntl-V to paste the value to all cells in the column.

On a mac, you can either select a cell(the cells) that you want to change the checkbox by:

1. Holding Shift down and using the Arrow keys to select the range
2. Holding CMD and clicking with your mouse to select the cells

To check/uncheck the selected boxes you can either:

1. Press the Spacebar
2. Click with the mouse in one of the cells you've selected

Pro-tip. This also work for Stars, Flags and more.

Hi,

Another option would be to select the cells that you want to check the box off and check one, and the rest will also get checked.
