Using Forms and Sheets as Templates with Multiple Jobs

I have created a template Sheet & Form to use over multiple PM jobs.

Am I able to link the form answers to my sheet template 1 time so they will be link everytime a create a new job with my templates?

Sorry about that.

I have created a Template sheet, rollup, and dashboard that I will fill out and it will track my job progress for different task.

I have also created a form to send to a stakeholder at the job which he will update everyday. I have linked this to the tracker sheet above.

As jobs come up

Job1, Job2, Job3, Job4, Job5

I will need a blank template tracker, rollup, dashboard, and form for each job.

Will a template keep the links or is there another way to do this? I hope I've explained myself better.
