Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment to have your vote added

There might be a possibility for a workaround.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

Hi Andrée,

Thanks for your answer.

We work with multiple, separate planning sheets. Today every sheet needs to be opened by the project coordinator to check if an update request has been sent or updated.

The idea is to have an overview of all the requests (new and updated).

Are the update requests automatic or manual?

Either way, one method could be to include a checkbox or similar that they need to check and that could trigger conditional formatting or an alert or show up in a report or similar.

What do you think? Could that work?

It is a nicely found workaround.

Unfortunately, this would require an additional handling from the responsible of the task that could easily be forgotten.

The registration weather an update is new of has been updated should be done automatically (so not requiring for example an associate to check a box indicating that this is the case).

No, it is not always the same cell or task that needs to be updated.
