Automation-Choose Approval Level
I wonder how to automate the approval process when
If the Applicant = employee, then Department Manager Approve + GM Approve
If the Applicant = Department Manger, then GM Approve
It seem not possible using "condition" in the automation to set in one approval process, it will create 2 GM Approval column.
I have to add one column in the sheet add with formula to judge if it is 2 level approval or 1 level approval.
Is there a better way?

Hi @IdoIcan
A helper column that indicates what level is actually what I would have suggested - it seems like you've figured it out! If you don't want that column cluttering up your sheet you can always hide it.
If you're looking for an alternative, it may help to see a screen capture of your sheet in grid view (block out or remove any sensitive data), along with what you currently have set up as your automation workflow.
Thanks!
