How do I sort a column alphabetically when some inputs are in all caps?

SmartSheets seems to be ignoring the text entries that are all caps when sorting a column. Looking for a solution since some of my entries are acronyms and some are not.

Are you able to provide a screenshot of what is happening and then a second screenshot with the data manually entered to reflect what you want to happen?

Turns out it wasn't the ALL CAPS that was messing with the sort, it was the ordered list from the drop down I created. Do I have to manually alphabetize the list or is there something that will ignore that order and sort automatically?

Hi,
Where do you want to show the information?
I hope that helps!

Hi @bgarrigan,
If you sort on a column that is a Dropdown List type, items will be sorted using the order of the drop-down list values. More information on this can be found here under "How Different Data Types Are Stored".
