Referencing Multiple Columns in another sheet to Match a Location and Date Range to a Project

@Paul Newcome - I created new forms for you to view with the same methodology. Let me show you the correct formula for this one.
=JOIN(COLLECT({Copy of Designated Recipient List Range 3}, {Copy of Designated Recipient List Range 4}, @cell = Group@row, {Copy of Designated Recipient List Range 5}, @cell = Section@row))
Each Copy of Designated Recipient matches the column - for example Range 3 is the POC Column, Range 4 is the Group column, and Range 5 is the Section column.
The POC column is a contact list. Do I change the name to the email in the contact list then?
