How to generate an email to applicant once date is reached

I have instructors going on the field to teach. I would like to generate an automatic email with the link to our Smartsheet form for an Instructor Field Report to be filled out.

Is this possible?

Hi Kitty,

Yes, you can send an Alert with information from the sheet with the help of Placeholders. In the Alert you can also add the link to the form.
