Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

Hi,

I am trying to get this information from ticket submissions into presentable charts.

I go into my Dashboards/ Portals nothing is there that shows the information above in charts.When I go to download an IT dashboard, this pops up.

I click 'ok' and this pops up.

I need to get to this dashboard with the appropriate information.
