How can i make sure the person i am assigning a task to gets notified immediately?

Hi Juley,

You'll need to set up the Workflow to trigger when the columns are changed to the person or some other condition. Also, the person needs to be in the assigned to a column of the row.

Make sense?

Would that work?

Thank you Andree. I tried that and i just wanted to confirm that the email they get mentions that "changes were made" and not that "you have been assigned a task". Is that correct?

You can select what it should say in the subject field. I'd recommend that you test to send it to yourself first.
