Portal Publish View - editing

Good afternoon

We have a shop management portal that we were making revisions to the sheets directly in the portal home page now we cannot and this comes (attached). How do we change this so we can edit sheets right from the dashboard/portal?

A published view is the only way a sheet can be interacted with on a dashboard. If they are no longer published, then it can no longer be used.

I just turned them all "OFF" as I had some on and some off, should they all be off?

A solution that would be perfect for this use-case is the premium add-on, Dynamic View. Is that an option?
