Locking columns until cells changed

Hi,

Is there a way to lock columns until a cell in a different column changes? Basically I don't want personnel to be able to add text in the "Post AFC Change response" cell until the "LDO QA Check Complete" date is inserted. See attached image.

Unfortunately not. Conditional locking/unlocking can only be set on rows. When you have a moment, feel free to Submit a Product Enhancement Request.
