Track Cell Increases

How can I track when the numbers in a cell increase?

We have cells that fluctuate all the time. They contain SUMIF formulas that pull from another sheet. I'd like to know when a cell increases- not just if it changes at all.

Is this possible?

My first idea would be to use the third-party service, Zapier, it's an excellent option for this scenario.
