Error Message "an unexpected error has occurred. Please contact smartsheet

Hi,

-We get the above error  message periodically while doing audits via an electronic tablet periodically when we select the submit button

-Other audits are submitted without difficulty.  (wifi is connected)

-No difficulty doing that specific audit on the computer ( restart of tablet and program did not help)

-In one instance the difficulty resolved on its own
