Linking Sheets, Rows, and Cells for updates



Essentially what I am looking to accomplish is creating a workflow between a manager and his team around assigning files via a Master Template and the rows within the Master File being copied to each employees unique Individual Template for them to track their own files and leave comments on each file. I then want the comments in each Individual Template to automatically reflect in the Master File.

What I have been trying to do is create an Automation in the Master Template that when a new row is added and assigned to a Person, the Master Template then copies the row to the individual sheet. This part is the easy part of the process.

Then in return, when the Individual Template makes changes to the row or adds in notes I haven't been able to have the Master Template reflect these changes.
