Reminders for weekdays and weekends

is it possible to send out a reminder email at 3pm for Mon-Fri and the same reminder to the same people but at 7am on Saturday and Sunday?

Hi Bruce,

Yes, it’s possible.

You’d need to set up two workflows.

Reminder for weekdays

• Trigger: When date is reached
• Select Custom and Repeat every 1 week and Repeat on Monday-Friday.
• Add a condition to decide when the reminder should send.
• Select the time and add the alert subject and message.

Reminder for weekends

• Right-click on the created Workflow for weekdays and select Clone.
• Update the Repeat on and Time settings.

Would that work?
