Please help me troubleshoot my SUMIF Formula

Hello,

I am trying to run a SUMIF formula off of a different Smartsheet using the person in the contact lists formula. I've created the SUMIF Formula below, but it is not totaling the FTE column (Range 4). If someone could please advise, I'd be very grateful.

=SUMIF({Client Db Range 3}, =Person4, {Client Db Range 4})

Please disregard, as I have figured out that it is due to the extensions we have listed in the name fields on the reference sheet.
