Why is my workflow sending automated reminders after the designated date?
I have a workflow set to remind folks the morning of an event but the emails are not going out until 5 days after the event. I double checked the workflow and it is set to RUN ON DATE.
What could be the problem?

Can you maybe share some screenshots of the workflow? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

What is in the Date field that you are triggering from? Is it possible you are using the TODAY() function anywhere such as in a formula?

No, there is no TODAY() function. The date is preset for an event date.

And it is consistently sending 5 days late? That is certainly odd. I am out of ideas at this point and am going to suggest reaching out to Support unless @Andrée Starå has any ideas.

It's not consistently 5 days late; other people are getting the notification on time. It seems to be a random glitch.
