I have multiple smartsheet projects that I would like to link together so that I can see the status of where one project is in comparison to another. I tried the "linking" function but this is tedious because it is limited to 500 cells. Is there a better way to do this?
Can you use a report for the details that you are trying to pull?
I am new to smartsheet and am not sure what you mean by a "report". Could you please explain more.

Reports are feature of Team accounts and higher.

You might also ask about the Project Management Solution (https://www.smartsheet.com/pm-solutions/project-task-management). This comes with a suite of pre-made sheets & reports that might be of use. Would be for a Team account I think given the reports that are included.
