Is it possible to create a to do list from a sheet?

My sheet has start/end dates for my tasks and subtasks. Given this, I was wondering if there was a way to quickly generate a to-do list for today (or whatever day)? This would be really helpful to print out and cross things off each day.

I am brand new to smartsheet, have been using it for two days now, so I may not know where obvious buttons are.

Yes, you could either use a filter in the sheet or a report.

Thank you Andrée -- for those new like me, you just do the following:

filter-->new filter (I named it to do list)

And then I defined the following fields:

start time less than or equal to today

and

end time greater than or equal to today

Then to apply the filter you can just click on it on the filter dropdown menu.
