Bar chart used on Dashboard...goes to 150%??

Is there a way to edit/customize the % shown on a bar chart? Currently, bar chart goes to 120%, want to change range to 'up to' 100%. Can this be done?

Can you provide a screenshot of your sample data hiding any sensitive information?
