Help with VLOOKUP from another sheet

Im newer to Smartsheet and trying to find the correct way to have a 'summary' sheet that takes information from another sheet that we have. I have been trying to do a VLOOKUP but no matter how many videos i watch, i cannot seem to get it right. I want the 'Issue Description' on my Summary Sheet to show the text value from another sheet that has the same column name. Is that possible? One of my issues is [match_type], have no idea what to put there. Maybe this isnt even possible, just reaching out. Thanks!

I'm glad to hear you've figured it out! If you're still having trouble it would be helpful to see a screen capture of your source sheet (blocking out any sensitive data) and a copy of your formula.
