Workflow Email Automation - How do I remove the link to the Sheet?

I have a workflow set up to send emails to Contacts on dates when courses end. All of these contacts are not Smartsheet users and are not being asked to update the sheet. The emails are simply notifications. How do I remove the link to the Sheet? No one needs it. People click it and then request access to the sheet.

Hi,

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to remove the link, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment to have your vote added

I add a short text telling the users not to click on it because they don't need to or something similar.

This is a great step in the right direction! I would like to include certain fields in the message without any link to the sheet. That does not appear to be an option yet.

If you want to send a message without a sheet link, but you also want some of the row content included in that message, you can add this dynamic data into your message by using specific formatting in your text (see our Help Center article on this, here.)

Is there a way to include the added comments (via the A comment field) without the link to the sheet. I'm trying to add the following message in my automation:

A comment has been added to this record. Please see below for details:

Requestor Name: {{Requestor Name}}

ID: {{Unique Identifier}}

Title of request: {{Title}}

Notes: {{Comments/Justification}}

Added comments: {{A comments}}

The "Added comments: {{A comments}} field isn't recognized as a field. If I change the method to Links to sheet and specific fields - I can include the comments - but then it also includes the link to the sheet - which is not the place I would like the email receiver to go.

Thanks for the info. The new dynamic data in the automated email is a time-consuming work around. I have one sheet with about a dozen different automated alerts. Each type of alert includes 16 cells with important information. It would be helpful to just include my choice of cells while excluding the link to the sheet.
