We have built customer facing dashboards that a customer has requested use of SSO using SAML. If we are working with their IT team to collect the needed information for SAML setup - is there any reason we couldnt/shouldnt setup that customer with SAML access on our account?

NOTE - we are on enterprise plan

Save and Refresh with multiple users
I use SS to obtain information from many people who respond to my requests, which are sent out en masse. If I make a change to the SS and save it without first refreshing it, are recent responses that I didn't yet see saved or overwritten by what I see in the sheet I'm saving?
