Is it possible to send a form based on the data in a cell

I am creating an employee on boarding/Off boarding sheet for our HR department to request actions such as give access to a program, or remove access, one of the itmes HR would like to have is for the action to be taken to send an exit compliance interview to the employee leaving, and have that form automatically send 2 days before last day. I have built a separate spreadsheet of the questions so that a form is available, can I send that form based on a date in another spreadsheet?

Yes, you can!

The simplest method would probably be to se up a workflow with an alert and paste the link to the form in it.

Make sense?
