Auto Generate Tasks From Grid Into Gannt View

I am looking for a way to automatically transfer the Phases with sub phases from a grid view sheet to a Gannt view sheet with a hierarchy. The first screen shot is the structure of data and the second is how I would like it to automatically populate. I am trying to create a template. I do not want to add the gantt view to the data sheet, because there is data on there that I only want some people to see. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

It's quite advanced, but It's possible to structure a solution with cross-sheet formulas and VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH and a unique identifier, row id, or something similar.

Do you have a project id and something else that we could use?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)
