Why am i getting such bad aftersales service form Smartsheet, have been trying to get hold of them for 3 weeks no with success

  • Yes please, I have the Business package, and my sales consultant (Hetan Malam) sold me some extra, I would like to know what is this extras. also I'm interested in the data uploader and dynamic view, not sure if this was included in my package or not seeing as nobody is returning my mails.

    @Philco Niemann I'm not a Smartsheet employee, so I, unfortunately, can't see your order and what extra package you bought. My guess is that you didn't buy the Premium Add-ons, Data Uploader, and Dynamic View, but another package.

    Can you see what it's called on the order?
