On a daily basis I fill a Smartsheet form, i.e. load 10+ entries at a time. Is there a way to raise several entries using the form in a batch, to save keep repeating the same standard information (name, email, etc.)?
I’ve created a two form solution where you add the primary information to the first and when submitted form two loads and that one reloads after each submission.
I then have conditional formatting set up in the sheet to split the different main submissions.
Would that work?

@Andrée Starå Can we not have just one form? I was looking to get this personalized feature just for me. There are hundreds of more people on this project who use the form but not as much as I do so ideally speaking I would like to stick to having one form for those people and for me as well.
You could make a copy of the form and add default values to the form that you use if that's what you mean?
One of the questions we ask in the form is for people to enter their name and their email address. That will be different for all users. Can I have default values set for myself only in the form while all other users don't see the default values? How do I make a copy of the form?
