Trying to create multiple radio button options in Form

I have "Address same as descendant" which is basically a YES or NO. I'm trying to make a radio button select, but i don't see display type option on my right hand side Field Options. Any suggestions?

Hi Raviteja,

You’d have to use a dropdown list (single) for it to work.

Hi

I'm trying to create a questions with Yes or No - Radio buttons. I have created a dropdown multiple values and trying to change the display type to radio buttons. But my smartsheet does not have the option of display type.

You will need to change the column properties to Dropdown (Single Select).
