Add a ticket number on the automatic response form
Hello,
I would like to add the reference of the ticket number / or on the order number on the automatic response form.
Example :
When a Customer fill the form, he will receive as a response :
"Hello, your order has been submitted, your order is the "XXXXXXX"(reference to a row on the smartsheet).
Is it possible please ?

Hi Joachim,
Yes, it is. You’d use a workflow with an alert and placeholder for the information.
The submitter needs to add their email address to the form, select from a list or be logged into Smartsheet.
