I can not copy and paste to and from outside smartsheet and into smartsheet.

Trying to copy and paste from Excel/Word  to smartsheet. Just plain text.

What happens when you paste it?

Nothing happens

 - after making a ctrl-C from eg. Word/Excel I do not get the option to make a ctrl-V or use the right click menu in smartsheet to paste the data into smartsheet.

I tested from Excel and it works for me, but only through CMD+C and CMD+V, Paste in the menu isn't selectable.

Which office/excel version are you using? Which browser are you using?

Couple months ago I was able to copy and past data from Word Document into New Sheet, now I can not
