Two Questions
- Can someone go into a form in Smartsheet and have data auto populated for them? For example, after entering info in the entry fields, next time a person goes into a form, it remembers the info they entered (ie. they start typing a name or number and it populates). Or can the info already be in the entry fields by default because of their identity? (ie. Smartsheet remembers the person by their email and auto populates basic info in the form).
- Do Smartsheet and StarBuilder talk? Can information from StarBuilder be pulled into Smartsheet?

Hi Sidonia,
1 . We do not currently have the functionality you're describing for forms (please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a minute!) That said, you can use a URL query string to input default values:
Since these default values wouldn't change based on the person, you could potentially create multiple different query strings, one specific for each user.
2 . In regards to StarBuilder, I'm not familiar with this platform...but if StarBuilder can export data into Excel, you could then import the Excel document to Smartsheet.
This would only work for a one-off upload though, and wouldn't retain a live connection. You may want to look into Zapier to see if Zapier can connect Smartsheet with what you're using:
Hope this helps!
Cheers,
Genevieve
